This policy applies to all personal data processing by ANDINA NATURAL Y DISTRIBUCIÓN E.I.R.L. with RUC No. 20602114121. It also applies to individuals or companies to which Alberto Viera Naturista entrusts the processing of personal data for which it is responsible.

Alberto Viera Naturista is a company dedicated to the sale of superfoods, with physical points of sale and online sales channels.

Those who wish to do so can request the deletion of their personal data from our database, which the chatbot attached while conversing with individuals to coordinate a telephone appointment with the numbers and names provided by individuals. The chatbot API uses this data and stores it in our database along with the coordinated schedules. To request the deletion of this data, you can do so through the following methods: via the fan page inbox where you provided your information, through the company's WhatsApp on the website, the information form on the website, or by phone at the following number of our customer service: 996135143. Once this procedure is requested, it will take us 24 to 48 hours to permanently delete your personal data.
