If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased and it is within the first 7 days of purchase, you can make exchanges or returns of the product, provided you follow the evaluation process of the respective department.

The product must be in perfect condition, factory-sealed, and in the original packaging, along with the respective receipt or invoice. The customer will have complimentary delivery for the return of the previous product and the delivery of the new product.

The product must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging and labels, along with the respective receipt or invoice. The exchange will be made for the product of your choice, provided that the price is equal to or greater than the previous product and it is in stock. Cash refunds are not issued.
